The Landscape Agency.

The Landscape Agency were restructuring and in need of a Visual Communications partner to provide them with solutions to improve communication with their audiences.

These were to include a new website, artwork and promotional materials for an exhibition of work and artwork to represent The Landscape Agency projects for internal display.

The In Form Solution

In Form responded by offering a range of communications options using different types of messages and media that could be used to engage with a wide range of audiences, from those with low awareness of The Landscape Agency, to those with whom they are already working.

After agreeing an approach In Form offered design concepts for the agreed solutions and also illustrated how these could fit as part of a broader visual communications strategy.

Working closely with The Landscape Agency, detailed designs were then developed for our initial concepts ensuring that the finished product was tailored to meet the needs and produced within the budget. Finally In Form managed the production and delivery process to ensure that all was delivered on time and within budget.

The Results

The invitation to The Landscape Agency exhibition received very positive feedback from new and old clients; their exhibition was well attended and business leads were generated; and their new website is generating significant interest in their services.

We are continuing to work with The Landscape Agency to support them in developing business by creating new and maintaining existing good customer relationships.

Coppergate Shopping Centre.

Coppergate Shopping Centre in York had recently undergone a rebranding process and was seeking a Marketing Communications partner to create and deliver a strategy across a 12 month period.
The aim was to

• increase awareness of the Coppergate Centre in the local area
• create impactful and informing communications to appeal to visitors to York
• introduce a recently re-designed visual identity through communications
• evaluate and make better use of different media in order to achieve a best value approach

The In Form Solution

In Form conducted an extensive research gathering exercise with the store and Centre Management. We went on to define needs and offer a range of communication strategies designed to meet different budgets and objectives using different types of messages and media that could be used to engage with visitors to York with very little or no awareness of the Coppergate Centre, to those who use the Centre regularly, and also take into account the diverse nature of the audiences.

The Results

In Form designed and project managed the delivery of a year-round strategy including

• a radio advertising campaign
• a series of profile raising seasonal events
• the implementation of the Centre's new visual identity in local publications
  targeting specific audiences and outdoor media targeting city centre shoppers
